We make it compulsory for our trainers to adhere to an operation manual that promotes high standards of excellence. In addition, all of our trainers annually attend a five day refresher course and a locally held International Train-the Trainer event, hosted by Magnetic Holland. All of this to make sure our trainers are on the cutting edge so that you get the very best education possible.

Lastly, the methods we use make us better. At the start of each course, every student receives a Nail Technician Kit that is tailor made to the specific course they are studying. This kit supplies them will all the tools they need and salon size products to complete the course and begin their business as a Nail Technician. Our courses are highly interactive and follow a step by step process, with each step building on the previous one. We don't proceed to the next step until we are one hundred percent certain that you have mastered the previous step. Magnetic is also one of a handful of Nail College in South Africa that uses a "Nail Trainer" as part of the training process. Students are first taught to master the various systems on the Nail Trainer before they practice on live models.
